Studio Fit Supports CASA!

Studio Fit in The Dalles believes that a major component of one’s health is living in a positive and supportive community! Not only does it give individuals purpose but contributes to better physical health and sense of well-being for all.

Studio Fit has supported CASA over the last 6 months through hosting community classes. The proceeds from these sessions were donated to supporting CASA's mission of advocating for abused and neglected children.

"We are honored to support CASA because of the organization’s dedication and advocacy for neglected children," said Studio Fit owner Hannah Mapes. "I am personally so inspired by the role of a CASA volunteer and how they are able to make a positive life-changing difference for a child. I hope to be able to enroll in a future CASA Volunteer training!"

Studio Fit provides Group Fitness Classes specializing in Barre, Yoga Trapeze & Functional Strength. They also offer Personal Training, Massage Therapy & Wellness Events. In addition to classes, their location has an Athletic Apparel & Retail Boutique located Downtown The Dalles.

Studio Fit hopes to continue to raise funds for the community alongside CASA and other non-profit organizations that advocate for children’s safety and well-being.
